Wellbeing@Aptiv gives you access to a wealth of resources and incentives to help you maintain a healthy lifestyle. Earn up to $400 each year by completing healthy activities. Incentive payout is with your July 15 paycheck (if completed by June 1) or with your Dec. 15 paycheck (if completed by November 1).
Employee Assistance Program (EAP)
You have access to the Lyra Wellbeing EAP at no cost to you. EAP personal advocates will work with you and your household family members to help you resolve issues you may be facing, connect you with the right mental health professionals, direct you to a variety of helpful resources in your community and more. All services are completely confidential.

- Counseling for emotional and psychological support, in-person, phone or online (up to 5 sessions)

- Available to all household members, even if they aren’t covered by the Aptiv health care plan

Voluntary Benefits
The voluntary benefits program is available through Corestream, which provides a broad range of discounts and the opportunity to purchase certain voluntary benefits at competitive premium rates through convenient payroll deductions. Aptiv salaried employees can participate in any of the plans and programs described below, but enrollment must happen during the Annual Enrollment window for the following voluntary benefits.
